We Will Overcome

I've put this blog together for the purpose of keeping family and friends up to date on the goings on in our lives. It's really hard to keep track of who you've talked to and who you haven't and even harder to keep talking about cancer with everyone. It's getting hard to talk about the same things - things you wish you didn't have to talk about - over and over and over - that in and of itself is exhausting.
So, we're both going to be doing some blogging to keep everyone up to date on what's going on. Shannon and I will both be blogging at wewillovercomethis.blogspot.com and our blog is called “We Will Overcome”.
We're blogging publicly too. We've decided to do that so in the event that someone one else finds themselves in a similar situation, they may be able to find some answers in the posts on our blogs to questions that they may have - or at least be able to find solace in reading about how someone else has faced the same situation, and overcame it.
Please feel free to post replies to our blogs, ask questions and get involved. We would really like to keep the bulk of the "what's going on" updates on our blogs, so please check back often and we'll do our level best to keep you all updated.
